Taste the difference only SUWOLGA's meat can offer.

We age and manage top-grade premium Korean pork and world-renowned Iberico pork collar in our own aging room. Meat quality is SUWOLGA's pride — we do everything to serve it in its finest condition, every time.

Over an oak-charcoal fire held at the perfect temperature, taste meat with living juices — crisp outside, tender within, laced with the aroma of live charcoal. That single fire-kissed bite is where SUWOLGA begins.

From B1 to a 4th-floor rooftop, we use the entire building as one spacious, comfortable venue. Floor-by-floor reservations make company dinners, gatherings, and private meals effortless.

How do I make a reservation?

What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 11:30–22:00 and Sat 16:30–22:00; closed Sunday. Weekday break time is 15:00–16:30, and last order is 21:00.
Is parking available?
There is no private lot, but nearby public and paid parking is available. The on-street public parking out front is free after 7 PM.
What are your signature dishes?
Our signatures are charcoal-grilled Iberico flower-cut pork collar and snow-marbled pork belly. The SUWOLGA Set (three cuts in one) is a favorite, and we recommend finishing with Hwansang Bap and Hwanta Ramen.
Can you host groups or company dinners?
The whole building, B1 to rooftop, allows floor-by-floor reservations. We welcome private group use for company dinners and gatherings — advance booking is recommended.
Do you allow corkage?
We are corkage-free: your first bottle of wine is free. From the second bottle, a corkage fee of ₩10,000 per bottle applies.
Do you offer takeout or delivery?
To serve meat at its just-grilled best, we offer dine-in only. Takeout and delivery are not available.
